1. THE SHORT VERSION
We’re a café, not a data company. This site collects as little as possible about you.
2. WHAT WE COLLECT
Basic, anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, rough location, device type) so we know whether anyone actually reads the menu online. No accounts, no forms, no personal profiles.
3. COOKIES
The only cookies we truly care about sit in the pastry case. The site itself may set essential cookies needed for it to function, plus anonymous analytics cookies where permitted.
4. THIRD PARTIES
The site is hosted on Framer, which may process technical data (like IP addresses) to serve pages. The GET DIRECTIONS button opens Google Maps — Google’s own privacy policy applies from there.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us what data we hold about you (spoiler: almost certainly none), and ask us to delete it. Under GDPR you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
